If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. This policy outlines your rights and the steps you need to take to return an item or request a refund.
- Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Our returns and refunds policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange

- Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return, Photos requires for any damaged claims.
- Return Authorization:

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
- Clearly label the package with the return authorization number.
- Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the all shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect, or defective item).
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds:

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
- Partial Refunds:

- In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at office@rikaro.com.au for further instructions. Buyer responsible for all shipping cost of return and exchange.
- Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
