If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. This policy outlines your rights and the steps you need to take to return an item or request a refund.

  1. Return Eligibility

  To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Our returns and refunds policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our customer service team at office@rikaro.com.au within 30 days of purchasing your order.
    • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return, Photos requires for any damaged claims.
  1. Return Authorization:
    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
  1. Shipping:
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.
    • Clearly label the package with the return authorization number.
    • Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the all shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect, or defective item).
  1. Refunds

          Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds:
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
  • Partial Refunds:
    • In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  1. Exchanges

          We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at office@rikaro.com.au for further instructions. Buyer responsible for all shipping cost of return and exchange. 

  1. Gifts

          If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds

   If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
